BCM IS AN EVANGELISTIC GRASSROOTS MINISTRY THAT IS IMPACTING COMMUNITIES
Session 1 – Biblical Concepts of Government (Genesis –Revelation)

A book by book review of what the Bible says about government and the Christian world view and responsibility.

Session 2 – The Christian and Civil Government

Topics include a historic view of separation of church and state, quotes from the founding fathers and early church Leaders, review of early church sermons and first state constitutions.

Session 3 – Biblically Prioritizing the Issues.

Review of top 4 Biblical issues relating to law and public policy, Democrats & Republicans in their own words – National Party platforms on biblical issues. Election Demographics – how Christians vote.

Session 4 – Call to Action

Christian Citizen checklist and your five duties, political guidelines for pastors and churches, BCM ten step action plan.

Educating, Motivating and Activating

Biblical Concepts Ministries (BCM) is a non-profit 501(c)3 Bible-based non denominational, non partisan Christian ministry dedicated to equipping the saints by educating, motivating, and activating the body of Christ in civil and community service and public policy in order to defend our religious freedoms.

BCM teaches biblical concepts of civil government through educational seminars in churches, private schools and civic groups nation-wide.

BCM is a practical, grassroots action ministry having a great affect throughout our communities, one church at a time. BCM is not only teaching congregations about biblical concepts of civil government, but it is also registering values-voters, building relationships with pastors, and organizing pastors and congregations and mobilizing them to work alongside Godly men and women in campaigns and public policy issues.

Hon. Dr. Raymond Johnson II

Founder & President
Biblical Concepts Ministries

Dr. Raymond Johnson was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and is a lifetime member of the Marietta Church of God. He is a graduate of Jacksonville Christian Academy. In 2006, after running his own lawn and landscape business for eight years, he left his business to fulfill his calling. He worked on Congresswoman Katherine Harris’ US Senate campaign, the Duval County Supervisor of Elections and the Justice Coalition, a local nonprofit that works with victims of violent crime.

In February 2008 Raymond was certified in campaign management by the Leadership Institute, Arlington, VA and formed his own consulting firm, Campaign Consulting Enterprises, LLC. He went on to manage and consult another six campaigns including Senator Steve Wise's 08 re-election campaign. In 2009 Raymond launched his own nonprofit ministry Biblical Concepts Ministries. From 2010 – 2012 Raymond worked on several campaigns including Matt Schellenberg's city council campaign defeating the incumbent council president and St Rep Janet Adkins 2012 re-election campaign. In August 2010 he received an honorary Doctorate in Christian Education from Northeast Florida Theological Seminary, where he is currently enrolled.
